Chad has flipped many single family and a few multi-family properties, and he has created a handful of cash flow scenarios with real estate in D/FW... most notably stabilizing a multi- family apartment in South Dallas, near Fair Park (an area most commonly avoided by cash flow real estate investors), ultimately achieving a 35% annual return for the investment group.
During that time, he also started a general contractor service and acquired a vast knowledge in a multitude of trades including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, foundation repair, and general design.
The next transition was into finance where Chad now helps both owner occupants and investors get the appropriate funding for their properties. In addition to that, Chad also specializes in banking within life insurance and designs policies and strategies for retirement through these instruments.
Using both the savings and lending strategies he has helped many clients with over the past few years, Chad is now syndicating a group that will build 1,000 housing units over five years. Many of these homes will be rented, but all of the houses willl be considered "smart" and energy efficient.
Since creating Metropolis, Chad has taken his experience with residential flips, multi- family property stabilization, and complete rehab budgeting to maximize portfolio returns.
